Disc Dryers

The Disc Dryer is an efficient equipment for drying co-products of animal origin, such as poultry entrails, feathers, swine, blood, and fish. This line can be sized for small and large productions. The drying method is based on the heat exchange between the product’s contact with the discs, which are heated by the saturated steam circulation in their interior. An efficient purge system eliminates the condensate inside the shaft, ensuring maximum yield. The Disc Dryer is a quite robust equipment and it can be manufactured in carbon steel, stainless steel, or in a combination of these materials. The temperature control system along the body allows the monitoring of all drying stages in its interior.”

LCTR (Laminar Continuous Taylor Reactor)

A laminar continuous Taylor reactor, also known as a Taylor-Couette reactor, is a specialized chemical reactor comprising concentric cylinders, with the inner cylinder capable of rotation. It operates under laminar flow conditions, where the smooth, controlled flow between the cylinders enables precise manipulation of mixing and residence times for chemical experiments.

Ceramic Membrane System

A ceramic membrane system is a filtration technology that employs ceramic materials as the filter medium. These ceramic membranes are designed with tiny pores and are used to separate substances from fluids (liquids or gases) based on size and molecular properties.

Primozone Ozone Generator

Primozone is one of the prominent partner of STTIPL in providing innovative technologies and solutions for waste water treatment. The Primozone GM1-4 3.0 series high-performance ozone generators are based on Primozone’s patented technology. Primozone ozone generator is a device that produces ozone gas, consisting of three oxygen atoms, for applications like air purification, water treatment, and odor removal. It operates through electrical discharge or ultraviolet light to convert oxygen molecules into ozone.
