Surface Disposal

ONGC Mehsana Asset

Capacity: 500 KLD | Duration: 3 Years | Model: BOO (Build-Own-Operate)

We implemented a comprehensive wastewater treatment solution for ONGC’s Mehsana Asset under a long-term BOO service model. The system integrates advanced technologies including Tilted Plate Interceptor (TPI), Tiny Bubble Floatation, Oxidation, Rapid Settling, Pressure Sand Filtration, SiC-Ceramic Membranes, and RO.

The project ensures complete compliance with disposal norms by consistently achieving zero turbidity, TSS, O&G, and reducing TDS from 15,000 mg/L to <250 mg/L.
